field of autism. Dr. Leaf began his career working with Professor Ivar Lovaas, while receiving his undergraduate degree at UCLA. Subsequently, he received his doctorate under the direction of Prof. Lovaas. During his years at UCLA, he served as Clinic Supervisor, Research Psychologist, Lecturer and Interim Director of the Young Autism Project. He was extensively involved in several research investigations, contributed to \u201cThe Me Book\u201d, and is a co-author of \u201cThe Me Book\u201d Videotapes, a series of instructional tapes for teaching autistic children.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Leaf has consulted to families, schools, day programs and residential facilities on a national and international basis. Dr. Leaf is also the Executive Director of Behavior Therapy and Learning Centre, a mental health agency that consults with parents, care-providers and school personnel. He received his graduate training under Professor Ivar Lovaas at UCLA on the Young Autism Project. During his 11 years at UCLA, Dr. McEachin served in various roles including Clinic Supervisor, Research and Teaching Assistant, and Acting Director. His research has included the long-term follow-up study of young autistic children who received intensive behavioral treatment, which was published in 1993.<\/p>\n<p>In 1994 he joined with Ron Leaf in forming Autism Partnership, which they co-direct. In 1999 they published A Work in Progress, a widely used behavioral treatment manual and curriculum for children with autism. Dr. McEachin has lectured throughout the world and co-authored numerous books and research articles. Besides overseeing the Autism Partnership operation in Hong Kong, Korea, Philippines, Singapore and Beijing, with over 500 staff, including psychologists, consultants and therapists, he has also provided consultations to school districts, agencies, and families worldwide. Mr. Mountjoy has also contributed chapters to publications such as \u201cSense &amp; Nonsense\u201d and \u201cIt\u2019s Time for School\u201d. After completing the Clinical Training of Autism Diagnostic and Observation Schedule (ADOS) in 2003, which is a well-regarded as gold standard in diagnosing ASD, Dr. Au has also completed the ADOS Advanced Research training, from the University of Michigan Autism and Communication Disorders Centre in 2011. Her doctoral thesis was on early identification of the more able children with ASD in mainstream preschool settings. She specializes in assessing individuals on the milder end of the spectrum and has more than 14 years of experience in diagnosing individuals from toddlerhood to middle-age adults. Other than ASD, Dr. Au also assesses a wide array of individuals with different diagnosis, including Attention Deficit \/ Hyperactive Disorders, Global Developmental Delay and individuals with various behavioral challenges.<\/p>\n<div>Under the direct supervision and training of Dr. Ronald Leaf and Dr. Mitch Taubman, Dr. Au started providing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for individuals with ASD since 1996. Other than seeing cases locally, she has also provided overseas consultations in China, India, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been teaching individuals with autism and training professionals for over 20 years.<\/p>\n<div>Dr. Raymond Fung has been receiving ongoing training from Dr. Ron Leaf, Dr. John McEachin and their associates since he joined Autism Partnership (AP) Hong Kong in 2000. Since 2005, he has trained more than 500 behavioral therapists internationally. In 2007, he participated in the curriculum development for AP School, the first and only primary school for autistic students in Hong Kong. In 2014, he developed 6 mobile applications for individuals with autism. In 2016, he created a school-based social skill program for local secondary students. In 2018, he hosted a radio program on RTHK with a group of adults with high functioning autism. Currently, he is the training director of AP Hong Kong, and the voluntary consultant of AP Foundation. In 2023, he published his book \u201cTeaching Children with Autism\u201d. He consults in China, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Korea, South Africa, and Russia. Previously, he was the clinical director of 2 AP international offices, the conference chair of Hong Kong Association for Behaivor Analysis, and a part-time lecturer of a master program in autism in Since 1999, he was worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and with individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability. He completed his pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at the Marcus Institute in Atlanta, Georgia working in the severe behavior unit, short-term-out-patient clinic, feeding disorders unit, and early intervention clinic. From 2007 \u2013 2011, he trained public school teachers to instruct and manage the behavior of their students diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorder. She has over 24 years of experience working with children with ASD across different settings including individual therapy session and group training. In 2007, Ms Tam took up the role as a Lead Teacher in AP School. She helped students learning in a big group setting and implementing individualized programs in both Chinese and English speaking classes. Since 2016, she has been responsible for providing case supervision for Specialized Programme, one-on-one interventions, and group training services at AP, as well as offering support and training Ms. Lai joined Autism Partnership (AP) in 2011 and she has extensive experience in working with children with ASD. Ms. Christy Lai currently take lead of the case supervision in AP Hong Kong center. At the same time, she oversees the Little Learners program in Hong Kong and Shanghai and consults families in Asia. She directs overseas training to staff in the Train the Trainer program and provides parent education to families with children with ASD. She also conducts Jumpstart and PIIP programs locally and internationally. In additions, she is keen to take part in overseas ASD conferences and take lead of the design and production of AP teaching materials. Master\u2019s Degree in Language and Communication Impairment in Children from the UK\u2019s University of Sheffield.<\/p>\n<div>Ms Sanna began working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) in 2000 whilst studying Psychology at UCL in London, and subsequently supervised the therapy programmes of students in Perth and Dubai, and continues gaining extensive experience in the UK, Australia and UAE before joining Autism Partnership in 2018. She has extensive experience working with children and teenagers with autism in one-on-one and group settings; parent and staff education training; and designing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students transitioning to mainstream schools. She joined Autism Partnership, Singapore, in 2010 and worked with children on both one-on-one and group settings and provided shadow-aide support in mainstream schools. In 2013, Renee became a Program Supervisor where she worked on designing and tailoring curriculum for the child\u2019s needs under the supervision of the consultants. Additionally, she also ran social groups in mainstream schools and collaborated with teachers and principals to devise integration plans. Renee also provides staff and parent training sessions locally and overseas. She is also fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Since 2019, Renee currently works with Autism Partnership, Hong Kong, to provide consultation, parent training, and staff training for clients in Shanghai.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div Daria is also responsible for providing overseas therapy, currently she is working in the Philippines, Manila. Master of Sciences in Clinical Neurodevelopmental Sciences from King\u2019s College London, and a Master of Education in Autism and Applied Behaviour Analysis from Endicott College.<\/p>\n<div>She has experience working with children with ASD in both one-on-one and group settings and social groups. She has also provided school shadowing for students with ASD in various mainstream school settings. She is now the supervisor of Little Learners and is responsible for designing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students transitioning into school, supervising classes, as well as providing staff
