While the three children each present unique challenging behaviors, a common thread among them is difficulty in social interaction and a lack of learning motivation. conducted with a regular kindergarten teacher, Miss Wong. The training objectives included:\n<ol>\n \t<li><em><strong><span style=\"color: #034ea2;\">Establishing Motivation to Follow Instructions\n<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/br>Using a &#8220;Group Behavior Management System Chart&#8221;, we aimed to build their learning motivation. Each student started at the middle level of the chart, and upon successfully sitting down and keeping their hands in place for a few seconds, as instructed by the therapist, they could advance to the highest level and earn playtime with their favorite toys.<\/p><p>As the training progressed, the therapist gradually extended the duration for which the students needed to remain seated with their hands in place, as well as the time required to reach the highest level on the chart.<\/p><h4>First Day&#8217;s Training Wrap-up<\/h4><p>Throughout the first day of training, we observed notable improvements in the three students&#8217; participation, focus, listening skills, and ability to follow instructions.<\/p><p>The Autism Partnership (AP) Method emphasizes building students&#8217; &#8220;learning how to learn&#8221; abilities, with a strong focus on critical skills such as motivation, attention, and following directions.
