Job Description:
Teaching children with autism is a very unique profession and it requires patience, enthusiasm and commitment. Autism Partnership would like to invite high caliber and energetic individuals to join us as Behavioral Therapists to implement 1 on 1 therapy and group treatment programs.
What is your role?
Behavioral Therapists will implement treatment programs locally and overseas, observe and record children’s behaviors, monitor student progress, participate in clinics and team meetings, and receive pre-service and ongoing training from Program Supervisors and Consultants.

Operations Coordinator / Receptionist (5 days work)
Location: North Point, Eastern District

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome the incoming visitors / students/ parents
- Handle students’ and parents’ general enquiries and managing information in an efficient manner
- Responsible for coordinating the therapy schedule with parents and our clinical team, ensuring all parties are clear with the schedule in a timely manner
- Assist the Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth and effective office administration service as well
- delivering a high standard of customer care service to students /parents and staff members
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Cheerful, helpful, positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Good communication skills, enjoy dealing with people from all walks of life
- At least one to two years experience in customer service and office administration related field.
- Previous working experience in education sector is a definite advantage
- Proficient in PC applications and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English, fluent speaking in English is preferred

Internship Program
Location: Quarry Bay and Lai Chi Kok, Hong Kong
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Job Highlights:
- Explore your future career: Identify your career interests via day-to-day job shadowing with experienced therapist, who offer guidance and support along your learning journey. Explore and understand a variety of Autism Partnership Method (APM) teaching methods and programs through observation of therapy sessions, role plays, and material preparation.
- Sharpen your professional skills: You will learn to develop positive work attitude, basic communication skills, organization skills, ethics and basic knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Expand your network: The intern will participate in weekly discussions, small projects and conduct a presentation upon the completion of internship.
Responsibilities:
Interns are expected to take initiative to
- Uphold and maintain responsible ethical conducts in strictly protecting client’s confidentiality and privacy in workplace.
- Integrate academic knowledge with experiential learning and filling in observation forms.
- Develop analytical, interpersonal, critical thinking and team work skills in workplace.
- Participate in the assigned projects.
- Learn about autism and Autism Partnership Method (APM).
Who are we looking for:
- Fluent in oral English and Cantonese.
- Non-final year university students with a Major in related fields,e.g. Education, Psychology, Social Science, Social Work, Sociology etc.
- Child-friendly.
- Presentable and confident.
- Receptive to instruction and have the ability to work with detailed information and follow instructions as assigned.
- Able to take good care of children and respond swiftly to their needs.
