Ms. Lai-Kan Wong is a Certified Progressive Behavior Analyst (Autism Professional), a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. She embarked on her journey with Autism Partnership in 2001. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience working with children across different settings, including individual therapy sessions, small group training, and ABA classrooms. Ms. Wong is now responsible for overseeing Autism Partnership centers in Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai, and she provides clinical support to consultants in different offices.

Ms. Robin Ng is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology Applied) degree from Durham University, a Master of Sciences in Clinical Neurodevelopmental Sciences from King’s College London, and a Master of Education in Autism and Applied Behaviour Analysis from Endicott College.

She has experience working with children with ASD in both one-on-one and group settings and social groups. She has also provided school shadowing for students with ASD in various mainstream school settings. She is now the supervisor of Little Learners and is responsible for designing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students transitioning into school, supervising classes, as well as providing staff training.
