AP Method® Progressive ABA Workshop
Case Sharing: Understanding How Effective Treatment Supports Learning and Progress
Why do some children continue to struggle despite receiving intervention?
Why do different children require different teaching approaches?
What separates a high-quality ABA session from one that simply follows a programme?
Autism Partnership (AP) invites parents, caregivers, educators, and professionals to join the AP Method® Progressive ABA Workshop.
Unlike traditional workshops that focus primarily on theory, this event takes you inside authentic teaching sessions through real Hong Kong case videos. Guided by AP’s experienced clinical team, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how individualized teaching decisions are made, and why therapist expertise plays a critical role in helping children learn.
Whether you’re supporting your own child or working with children professionally, this workshop offers practical insights into the thinking behind effective autism intervention.
- What You Can Expect
Throughout the workshop, you’ll gain a better understanding of:
- Why children with autism learn differently, and why teaching should be individualized.
- How experienced therapists assess learning challenges and identify the factors affecting progress.
- How teaching strategies are continuously adjusted based on each child's responses.
- The clinical reasoning behind effective teaching decisions.
- How individualized teaching supports meaningful development in communication, learning, behaviour, social interaction, and independence.

2. Real Teaching Case Analysis

- How therapists adapt instruction in real time
- The clinical thinking behind each teaching decision
- The role parents play throughout the learning journey
This is a rare opportunity to see not only what happened in the training, but why it happened.
